COVID 19 INFORMATION

Due to the recent outbreak of COVID 19, M&M Adult Daycare, LLC will maintain personal safety and health to the highest standards. M&M has adopted policies and procedures to ensure safety with our clients, their families and employees. HHSC provides guidance to Day Activities and Health Providers about the Coronavirus.

HHSC remind Day Activities and Health Providers that they are responsible for following all laws, regulations, guidance and their own internal control policies and procedures. 

COVID-19  M&M Adulty Daycare, LLC -  New Policies and Procedures:

• Upon Entry and Departure from the Facility – Staff Must Wash Their Hands; 
• Upon Entry and Departure from the Facility – Client Must Wash Their Hands;
• If Client or Staff Experience Flu-Like Symptoms we ask you to stay at home;
• Staff will Periodically Wipe All Door Handles, Activity Areas and High Touch Surfaces;
• Temperatures will be taken as precautions;
• 6Ft. Social Distance Will be Practice;

Note:  Masks Must Be Worn Upon Entry, During Activities and During Transit by Staff And Clients
